Skyway Land

Presque Isle has land available for development on Skyway Industrial Park.

It is important to note that:

• The current water plant has capacity for 2.0 million gallons per day and current average daily consumption of 1.0 million gallons per day.
• The current sewer plant has capacity for 5.4 million gallons per day and current average daily flow of 1.8 million gallons per day.
• Electricity is supplied to the city by Versant Power with a power substation on Skyway Industrial Park.
• If needed, 3-Phase 400 amp service can be provided
